In the event of a technical access problem beyond the control of the customer (e.g., a problem related to the hosting platform), Learnyspace LTD undertakes to resolve the situation as soon as possible. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Products Not Eligible for Reimbursement
Promotional products or services, as well as special offers, are also non-refundable once payment has been validated and access provided.

5. Exceptional Reimbursement Conditions
A refund will only be granted after a period of 90 days following the purchase and on condition that the customer provides proof that he has applied all the advice and strategies proposed in the training. To claim this refund, the customer must provide:

  • Screenshots or other concrete elements demonstrating the practical application of the methods taught.
  • A summary of the actions taken and the results obtained.
