These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relations between Fitmazia.com and any person making a purchase on the site.

Fitmazia.com sells resistance bands. The product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible, but minor differences may exist.

4. Price and Payment
The prices displayed are in euros and include all taxes (TTC). Payment is made via the secure methods available on the site (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Any order is firm and final after validation of payment. Fitmazia.com reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud.

6. Delivery
